Project Manager for Commercial Communications Company

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technology installation projects during the planning/installation stage
  • Monitor progress and assign tasks to meet milestones
  • Preform walkthroughs upon start of new projects, and weekly check-ins
  • Motivate work crews
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Single point of contact for customer during installation, for any related issues/concerns
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to follow company procedures regarding material management, time accounting, and project administration
  • Have daily updates to report on projects
  • Organize calendars, schedule and dispatch service calls for immediate team members

Qualifications:

  • Ability to install, test, and terminate Cat6 cable
  • Ability to complete telecommunication room build-outs (Rack construction, ladder rack installation, wire management, grounding)
  • Able to read and understand complex wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Experience installing hardware and programming systems such as access control, video surveillance, and audio visual
  • Experience managing projects
  • Must have a pleasant personality, a team-work type attitude
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, up-to-date insurance, and no major traffic violations
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
