Emergency work order requests are best communicated via a phone call to our helpdesk. Call our helpdesk at 813-948-0202 and follow the prompts to reach your intended destination. Our team is on stand-by to help you with your urgent need, such as, a server down, an emergency termination or problem that is effecting the productivity of multiple people within your organization. Our automated attendant will walk you through options to route you to the correct department. Simply follow the prompts. Should the occasion occur that a technician is not available to answer, our voicemail will pick up. But don’t worry! Simply leave a voicemail with your name, company name, best contact phone number and a brief description of the issue that is occurring and our automated system will create a work order on your behalf. Shortly after you leave your voicemail, you will receive an email from our ticketing system confirming that request was received. You can respond to this email, at any point, to request a status update or communicate with your technician.
