PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS

Existing MHD Communications clients can use the portal to create a new ticket, check on the status of existing tickets and communicate within a ticket with MHD technicians. Already have an account? Simply click the TAKE ME TO THE PORTAL button below to sign in. Need information on how to register your email and have access to the portal from now on? Simple scroll down for step by step instructions on how to sign up!

TAKE ME TO THE PORTAL

1. Click Sign Up to create an account.


If you already have one, you can skip to the How to Use section.

2. Fill out the following fields:


  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Country

3. Select SIGN UP.

4. You will receive a confirmation email.


Click on the link to finish the signup process.

5. After confirmation it should automatically sign you into the portal.


If you encounter a problem where it will not allow you to log in, you may need to allow third party cookies in your browser of choice.
