Wade Raulerson called to check on us Saturday morning literally minutes after I shut down our system as we prepared our office for [hurricane] Irma. Nothing will boost your confidence in system monitoring quicker than feeling like you have to look over your shoulder to see where he hid the camera. And on Tuesday when we didn't get ourselves. plugged back in just right (always mark those cables as you unplug them!) It couldn't have been fifteen minutes before Kevin was in our building getting us put back together correctly and up and running in minutes. Knowledge, quick response time, and friendliness are just three of the many wonderful qualities of MHD Communications. My law firm (small firm) has three phone lines and we have three physical phones. We had problems with the phones that we purchased at Staples – not so much the phones themselves, but their limited capabilities. When we decided to purchase a phone system, we did our research and got quotes and information from various companies, MHD being just one of them.

MHD was the first company that gave us information about the phone systems, how they work, what our options were (and there were plenty), and what to expect. We then contacted other companies to compare the competition. It seemed that the main focus of the other companies was just making a sale – not informing the customer. When the time came to install the phone system, it was a very smooth transition. We were taught how to use the systems, and we were left with contact information to use at any time. Now my partner and I are not the most sophisticated when it comes to this type of system, so we still had questions due to the many capabilities of the system. We were absolutely amazed at the response time when we’d ask a question. I sent an email to Ms. Paskoff, and within minutes, Brian (the gentleman who came out and installed the system) called to answer the question. The answer was clear and set aside any confusion that we had.

The phones have been great. They are very easy to work with, and it alleviates a lot of stress knowing that if I have any problems or questions, they will be answered immediately. The phones work great, and I love all of the functions that are standard on the system.
