Upon meeting with our customer is was discussed that they were looking for a phone system with more features that worked well with their business model. We immediately thought that an Allworx phone system would be the best solution! Allworx offers a user friendly and customizable system to fit their needs.

Although, their existing system was a voIP system, it was not exactly what they needed for their business and didn’t offer enough features to fully accommodate their needs and wants in anticipation of future growth.

Allworx came bundled with Allworx View and View ACD. Allworx View is perfect if you are looking to track outbound and inbound call volume by employee or call groups. It is always a great way to stay on top of your queues and agent performances. With a fully customizable dashboard and the ability to create as many dashboards as desired, it gives them the ability to monitor usage and create reports and charts based on that usage. This allows them to track and monitor usage for sites across the nation!

After installation, we set-up Allworx Interact. Allworx Interact is a PC-based interface designed to boost productivity. Since this was also extremely customizable, each employee had the ability to design their interface based on their daily usage. With the ability to add call history, contacts, current and parked calls right on their screen, they were able to easily take incoming calls and direct them to the correct department and make phone calls with just one click.

Another valuable feature was the Allworx Automatic Call Distribution (ACD). With four distribution options, this provides our customer with the ability to choose how to distribute the calls. From customizing welcome greetings to customized call routes, this allows our customer to ensure their callers are taken care of without waiting too long in a holding queue. As the most added benefit, this feature increases productivity and efficiency for their business.
